On the job training gives you paid, short term work experience to learn and build employability skills while you earn. You work one on one with a Job Coach to find an experience that fits your interests and job goals, with training and check ins along the way. For employers, hosting a participant costs nothing and participants are covered by liability insurance. On the job training often leads to a referral to employment services and long term, competitive employment.
