Keyboard friendly
Every page, menu, and form works without a mouse. Press Tab to move forward, Shift and Tab to move back, and Enter to activate. A "Skip to content" link appears at the top of every page for keyboard and screen reader users.

CareerAbled exists to open doors for people with disabilities, and that starts with our own website. We aim for the WCAG 2.1 AA standard and keep improving as we grow.
Easy to see
Text meets strong contrast standards against its background. When you move through the site with a keyboard, a bold navy and gold outline shows exactly where you are. Text can be zoomed to 200 percent in your browser without breaking the layout.
Screen reader ready
Pages use proper headings, landmarks, and labels so screen readers can announce the structure. Images that carry meaning have descriptions, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
Comfortable motion and touch
If your device is set to reduce motion, the site respects that and turns off animation. Buttons and links are sized generously so they are easy to tap on phones and tablets.
